Guru Angad Institute of Sikh Studies held an outreach event, 'Sharing Your Faith with Your Neighbors' on Nov 17th 2007, 7-9 PM, to share a meal with our neighbors, give non-Sikhs the experience of a Sikh service, and to share information about Sikhs and some of other faith based communities that were represented at the celebration.

We see the need in our fast growing DC/Northern Virginia area to have bridges of understanding between various communities so that we may understand each other better to create a more harmonious and diverse nation's capital.
